Be Smarter for Your Next Birthday!

Be Smarter for Your Next Birthday!

Stay smart in an ever-changing world. Know who you are moment by moment, which means you’re as smart as where you’re thinking from. Be your true authentic self by thinking from the heart and the mind for being smart. Some people get smarter with each birthday.

People talk about getting smarter by using the internet and the new AI products. In the past, it’s been thought that people get smarter by using more of their brain. There’s a better way.

Use the mind, which is outside the head and the body. This is a fundamental principle of the Eplerian Life Philosophy. Be yourself, stop thinking about yourself. You can only think from one location at a time. If you’re thinking self-centered thoughts from your head all day, then you can’t think from the mind for being smarter. The less you think from your head, the smarter you are.

Apply this principle in the fast-paced world that changes every day. If you’re thinking about yourself from the head, you can’t think from the heart, you can’t think from the mind, and there is no time for happiness and enjoyment in life. People need to stop thinking about themselves so they can think from their heart with kindness and from the mind to solve problems and help others.

Be Smarter for Your Next Birthday! Stay Smart in an Ever-Changing World.

Dr. Gary Epler – Know who you are moment by moment, which means you’re as smart as where you’re thinking from. Be your true authentic self by thinking from the heart and the mind for being smart. Some people get smarter with each birthday.

Joan – What do you mean?

People talk about getting smarter by using the internet and the new AI products. In the past, it’s been thought that people get smarter by using more of their brain. There’s a better way.

What’s that?

Use the mind, which is outside the head and the body. This is a fundamental principle of the Eplerian Life Philosophy. Be your true authentic self, stop thinking about yourself. You can only think from one location at a time. If you’re thinking self-centered thoughts from your head all day, then you can’t think from the mind for being smarter. The less you think from your head, the smarter you are.

What happens if you don’t follow this principle?

People who continue to think about themselves from the stress center such as thinking about their problems, feeling sorry for themselves, or trying to be someone else live a negative world seeing everything as a problem. They’re irritable and impatient, like people who don’t get enough sleep.

Why don’t they enjoy life?

People who spend their day thinking from the stress center can’t think from the heart with kindness or the mind with creativity. If they’re thinking about themselves from the head stress center, they have no feelings from their heart to enjoy life.

So, using the mind is better than thinking from the head, can you give an example?

You’re trying to get a job or make money. If you spend your time thinking about how terrible people are treating you, complaining about your past job to anyone who’ll listen, and one negative thought after another, then you won’t get a job.

Why is it so bad to complain and think about your problems?

Because you can only think from one location at a time, if you’re thinking from the stress center, then you can’t think from the heart with being kind to people who can help you. In addition, your face is going to tell the world you’re desperate and not thinking about others. This is not a good look for an interview. If you’re only thinking about your problems and feeling sorry for yourself, then you can’t feel from the heart with kindness to yourself, feel good about yourself, and like you the way you are. You need to eliminate all thoughts about yourself and use the mind to develop the job that fits your current interests and create a job-seeking plan. Then, use your heart and the mind to execute your plan and get the job you want.

Do you have another example?

You’re searching for a new relationship. The number one reason for a long and enjoyable life is having close relationships. It takes two to thrive in life. If you’re trying to find the perfect person and feeling sorry for yourself, then you’re spending time in your head stress center. There is no time left for feelings from the heart with love and kindness. You need to eliminate all thoughts about yourself and your problems and live a clean life with optimal health. Engage in life with no cell phone dependency interacting with people in a healthy social setting, and you’ll connect with someone for a magical lifelong relationship.

How can this be applied to staying smart in a changing world?

This fast-paced world changes every day. There are new products, new social rules, and new problems. If you’re thinking about yourself from the head, you can’t think from the heart, you can’t think from the mind, and there is no time for happiness and enjoyment in life. Spend your time thinking from the heart with kindness to yourself and self-compassion, and thinking from the mind with courage, creativity to solve problems and help others, and innovation to improve people’s lives for an invigorating life filled with high energy, creativity, and enjoyment.

Joan – It’s not complicated, people need to stop thinking about themselves so they can think from their heart with kindness and from the mind to solve problems and help others. Do You have any closing comments?

Dr. Gary Epler – In the world of rapid changes, eliminate thinking about yourself and think from your heart and the mind. Think from the heart with kindness and giving. Use the mind for courage, creativity to solve problems and help others, and innovation to improve people’s lives.
